River Stop Cafe and Social House
From humble beginnings as a 15-seat coffee house, River Stop Cafe & Social House has been an ever-evolving, independently owned small business with it’s heart rooted in the community.
From morning to afternoon, we operate as a Cafe. Come up to the counter or sit at table and order from a range of soups, sandwiches, espresso drinks, or from the bar, knowing we source our goods as locally as possible.
On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, we operate as a Social House from 4pm on. We have a separate dinner menu featuring small plates, flatbreads, shareables, and more. Our bar is stocked with Michigan microbrews, good wine, and barrel-aged cocktails, to name a few. We are a music and events venue as well, and we try to bring in local acts weekly.
While our place in the community has grown from that 15 seat coffee house, our commitment to our guests and staff remain the same. Come see us, and join the Newaygo family!
